Philippians 2:1–4 “So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others”. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a passion for walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, find healing, and discover their God-given purpose. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also honoring the importance of faith and a Biblical worldview in the healing process. As a certified MATRIX Model clinician, I have experience facilitating Intensive Outpatient Program(IOP) groups, individual therapy, and psychoeducational interventions. I take a holistic approach to counseling, recognizing the deep connection between mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore their struggles, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their faith in the process. I believe in the transformative power of God’s grace and strive to help clients align their lives with His purpose, experiencing healing and restoration.
